I bought the wig for my daughter and when she put the wig on and there was a full bald spot with just a black stocking cap and a few braids that didn't cover the spot.. she wants to send it back but and get the money refunded
My wig was delivered late. I had to contact them to remind them that I had not received my wig. It came in the wrong size. The quality was very poor. The wig knots were bleached and you can see the bleached part through the braids and not just on the knots. The braids are spaced far apart in the front and very close together in the back of the wig. I have contacted them two times since receiving my wig and they still have not responded to resolve my issue. I regret ordering the wig. I will stick with Amazon from now on. Their wigs were way better.
I’m not pleased with the unit at all it is very heavy and to full and I had to cut off around the sides bc it was to big and I ordered a small the knots was bleached good and the locs didn’t look bad it was the way the unit was made
Full of gorgeous braids, lovely string-decor detailed accent braids. Would love if you like to wear braids freely hanging.
